High-Rise expertise at work
The project is a true testament to our high-rise expertise. KONE will supply a total of 28 elevators:
- 19 high-rise elevators KONE MiniSpace DX for the main tower, and
- an additional 9 elevators KONE MonoSpace DX for the surrounding podium structures.
The project requirements are highly specific, demanding not only performance and reliability but also energy efficiency, user comfort, and seamless people flow across different areas of the resort.
The high-rise elevators will feature KONE UltraRope® — a revolutionary hoisting technology designed for the next generation of tall buildings. UltraRope’s ultra-light carbon fiber core significantly reduces energy consumption while maximizing elevator speed and minimizing downtime. This aligns perfectly with the IRCE project’s ambition - to set new standards in sustainability and efficiency in the region.
Reliable support in every step of the project
KONE’s involvement in the project began long before the installation phase. From the very beginning, our team provided support in design consultation, detailed traffic flow analysis, and customized elevator specifications to meet the specific needs of the building and its users. Every element was planned with care, with a focus on optimizing people flow, enhancing safety, and ensuring future scalability.
To support the construction process itself, KONE will also deploy three KONE JumpLift™ solutions — temporary elevators that rise with the building as it grows. These JumpLifts will ensure safe and reliable vertical transportation of workers and materials throughout the construction phase, helping to reduce delays and improve on-site efficiency.
